WTT Primers for Large Rifle Magnum FOUND

Post by ddstuder »

I am needing some Large Rifle Magnum primers for my 7MM Mag loads.

I would like to trade 1 for 1 and you choose Small Pistol, Large Pistol, or Small Rifle. Would prefer Winchester or CCI. (no Wolf or Tula)

I would like 1000, but will take what I can get.

Local to DFW only. I will not ship due to Haz-Mat restrictions.

Thank you.

EDIT: I found some!!!

Guns are like parachutes, if your ever in a situation that you need one and you dont have one, you'll probably never need one again.

I can trade you, but I won't be coming through Dallas until mid or late March.

If you still need LR Magnum by then, shoot me a PM to see if we can work it out. I have 600 CCI 250 and 1,000 Fed 215.

I drive through on 75, heading up to OK/MO.

Or if you find yourself in the Houston area....

Edit: Curious why you don't want Wolf or Tula. I have used thousands of them and like them just fine.

Sounds good! That's around the time my powder should be here from PV! :???:

If I find some before then, I will let you know.

On the Russian primers, I have never personally used them, and they are probably fine, but I have heard of Breech face erosion caused by using them and just don't want to risk it.

I just cant bring myself to buy commie goods! (except Cuban Cigars!)

Well, I was in the Marines in the mid-70's and everything we did was to counter "Ivan", so I have plenty of anti-commie bias....but I wonder sometimes who the commies are these days!

Looks like I will probably be driving through Dallas on March 23 or 24. Only primer I am below 10,000 on is small pistol, so that's what I would want.

Let's keep in touch.
