Sarah Palin posted this on Facebook. She wanted to know who at the army ordered it. End of Trijicon serial number ended with 2COR4:6 and JN8:12

Ordered to use a Dremel moto tool and grind it off and then paint over the grinding with black paint.

I can't believe that it's taken the DoD 3 years to develop a process for the Jesus Rifle ACOGs. This has to be old news, or a final check/cleanup of deployed equipment.

Orders like this... and one about a year ago telling units to take all pmags out of service... or to not use/purchase EOTechs... or to disarms Iraqis... these orders go out all the time. The line typically ignores them. I'll bet fewer than 5% of all ACOGs already in service get their Bible references ground down.

Yet the DHS, FBI, and Armed Forces were able to strip all references to militant jihadist Islam from all anti-terrorist training materials and procedures within a few months. :confused5 Done at the request of the Muslim Brotherhood and related extremist groups.

Good luck finding a unit that will actually fire a shot in anger to spend seconds to do the removal.

Yeah I'm clear on the type...many retire from MIL careers and find quick advancement in LEO channels...
