Lic Return

I do not remember having to return a Lic and have my 4 renewal.
Could someone comment on when you have to return and reasons why.

If you are changing your qualifying firearm from NSA to SA.

You only have to return a modified license; that is one that changes from NSA to SA. Any other licenses are not modified and do not need to be returned.
