Error on CHL Application?

Had a student that made an error inputting their DL number on their online application. After not being able to log on to schedule fingerprints they finally called and finally got through on the phone. The person they talked to found the error and said he was correcting it but it has been almost 2weeks and they still can't get in. Anyone had this happen, how long did it take to get back to normal? The student called me but I don't think I have had this happen or if it did they did not report it back to me.

Did they get the email with the bar code?

Yes, they got the bar code e-mail. the problem started when they waited almost two weeks and tried to log on to set up an appointment for fingerprints, could not log on. It has been two weeks more since they talked to DPS on the phone and was told they were correcting the error and they still can't log in to set up fingerprints. Keeps telling them they are not in the system.
