Up for trade is my 1993 Isuzu Amigo. It has the 2.6 I4 engine and automatic transmission. This was purchased as a restoration project and it's absolutely awesome. Car runs and drives perfectly, AC blows ice cold and heater is super hot. There are a couple of wear and tear spots with the cloth interior and a few minor cosmetic dings on the exterior but that's what gives this little thing character... however, the character is all easy to fix if one were so inclined.
list of repairs/upgrades/restoration work:
cylinder head was removed, full valve job and milling along with new head gasket installed... cylinder walls and pistons inspected and given a clean bill of health at the same time.
gas tank was removed and recoated
new fuel pump installed
new fuel injectors
new fuel sending unit and filter installed
new brakes all around and new calipers on fronts
new hoses, lines and other various elements
new fan clutch installed
new rear main seal installed
transmission overhauled and new overdrive solenoid installed
new starter
new battery (5 year warranty started 07/2013)
this little truck runs and drives perfectly, has about 195,000 miles on it and if Isuzu's history tells us anything, it's got another 100,000 in it at least. Stickers are current and it doesn't leak a single drop of anything
I couldn't believe how much attention it got once i finished it up and started driving it around, people love this thing.
I'm looking to expand my firearm collection and all interesting trades will be considered, as long as they're at or REASONABLY close to my asking price of $2,550
clear blue TX title in one hand, CHL in the other. Squeaky clean car fax available upon request.
