Who would ever think a fender bender could be fatal? South Oak Cliff is a very bad area.

19-year-old father is dead, and two people are facing capital murder charges after police say a minor traffic accident escalated to deadly violence. Police say that's when Jose Martinez, 22, who is charged with capital murder, reportedly pulled out a gun, but it didn't fire. Police say at that point, he slid it across the hood of his car to 16-year-old. The teen is accused of firing a shot into the air before fatally wounding Olguin, who was shot multiple times and died Saturday night.
