Hey everyone.
I'm looking to get my Texas CHL; however, I'm an active duty airman that is stationed in Kansas. My military home of record and drivers license is Texas and I couldn't really find anything in the regulations regarding this issue. Does anyone have any experience or information with this?
Thanks in advance for the help.

You have to take the class in Texas no matter where you live at the moment. Your official state of residence doesn't matter except for what address they print on the card.
Good luck and welcome to the forum.
