Solving a A Riddle. The Riddle solved, and rather quickly, at that, when one watches the store video.

Basically, a bad guy pulls an armed robbery with a pellet gun, but the store clerk has a real gun.
Bad guy flees after being shot at, gets in a high speed pursuit, he wrecks his car which flips over and catches on fire.
So perp no longer has his freedom, his car, or his pellet gun.

I'm sure he'll be complaining about how citizens with guns has made it impossible for him to get ahead. Clearly the man is keeping him down...
