I ask that y'all might say a quick prayer for my wife and her knee. In a nutshell, she hopped a fence today trying to save a baby goat and I think did a number on her knee upon landing. ER said x-rays were negative, which is good, but the specialist will have to order an MRI. It presently cannot bear weight or bend and is quite swollen. The kicker is that this happened driving me to one of my jobs, as we are self-employed and I just had arthroscopic surgery on my knee 3 days ago...I am doing well, thankfully, and will be back in action in no time.
I am not an "ask why" person and will not start now. Our God is a good God. Thank you in advance for your prayers for my wife.

We will sure be praying for her and that the MRI is negative too.
We will also be praying for your recovery.
Don't beat yourself up it is alright to ask God why. Jesus did and we are no better than Him. Matthew 27:46 ".........., My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?"

Thanks to all for your prayers, support, and wisdom. Not much change today...hoping to see specialist tomorrow. I'm sorry Crossfire, the baby goat is now running in the greenest pastures of them all.

Ugh! Prayers for you both. With three bad knees and 2 bad ankles between my husband and I, I can relate. We've been limping since June. Wishing you both a much speedier recovery!
This morning my wife had her MRI, and the results we received this afternoon weren't what we were hoping for. It seems she ruptured her ACL, strained her MCL, and tore her medial meniscus. The ACL speculation was missed in the initial physical examination because her knee had so much swelling in the joint, it made the ACL appear solid and tight. We meet with a specialist next week to review our options.
If y'all don't mind, please say a little prayer for her comfort, strength, and understanding.
