10 year old girl shot by 15 year old brother, Dad charged

Post by n5wd »

Another tragic death, that should not have happened....

15 year old boy asks 10 year old sister to hold shotgun while he checks to see if it's loaded - it is, and it fires into her chest. Dad, a convicted felon, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, cops seize "numerous" firearms from the house.

Gosh, if the existing laws were able to be enforced....

The Brits don't miss an opportunity to publish a negative report on American guns and gun owners. This is no more any of their business than my utter disdain for a people who actually want a fairytale "royal family" is newsworthy in the U.S.

The tragedy as I see it isn't so much a matter of a felon in possession of a firearm, but a father who didn't teach firearm safety to his children. His daughter paid with her life for his mistake.

:iagree:

Still a shame the little girl paid with her life and her brother will live out his days knowing he had something to do with it...
