Denver woman shot dead while on phone with 911 for 13 min

Don't expect help to arrive in time to save you and don't think shooting a shotgun in the air off the porch will solve all your problems. Looks like a very sad case of domestic violence, but could just as easily be an intruder.

Maybe the dispatcher had just finished a marijuana break! As discussed here before the police are not obligated to protect you.

Even the cops will tell you that when seconds count they are only minutes away.

very sad, but i couldn't help but notice that they were trying to push mary jane for the reason he shot her....i myself have never tried it, but know many who have and do and from my experience they all seem happy, hungry, and maybe a little lazy. I'd like to see a drug test done on him to see if he even had any THC at all. my money goes on a story piece to try and re-criminalize marijuana....

Where I live, unless a LEO just happens to be in the neighborhood, the minimum time for one to show up at my door would be 20 minutes, so I know if anything happens, no help will be on the way until it's over.

I don't want to take this thread another direction, but ingesting cannibis has a much stronger effect than smoking it. Like any psychoactive substance it can produce paranoia among other reactions.
