Not 100% sure carrying in a bar is a good idea, however I think they are right on the money with everything else! I know as a school teacher, I wish I had the option to carry at work. Our policy actually prohibits me from having my weapon in my vehicle as well. We do have two officers on campus all day, however with a population of 2300 spread out a large campus, our "shelter in place" is a one sided hide and seek, and a lot can happen before they can assist. Nothing like getting the "Lockdown!" Call over the PA system... Might as well say " everyone be quiet and hope for the best!!

Georgia gets it!
"You can say 'stop' or 'alto' or use any other word you think will work but I've found that a large bore muzzle pointed at someone's head is pretty much the universal language."

And if you read the laws cloesly, it is just like Texas where the board can allow it or disallow it. Same with Churches, bars, etc. Before they could not even allow you to carry in a church or school. No different from Texas now.Keith B wrote:Already running here http://texaschlforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=94&t=72092" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;Cjwglock19 wrote:http://www.kwtx.com/centraltexasvotes/h ... ice=tablet
