Update: Police have arrested 16 year old Aazis Richardson- They have charged him with murder and other charges. According to court papers Richardson allegedly shot Vincent Darbenzio because he took the long way and was ripping him off. He also allegedly stole 500 dollars. Police found Richardson hiding in an attic of a Washburn Street home. More tonight on Eyewitness News.


Scranton, Lackawanna County- A Scranton Cab Driver was shot and killed Friday Scranton Morning. It happened at the intersection of Crown Avenue and Pear Street in South Scranton, right outside the entrance to the Valley View Terrace housing complex.

SCOTUS has ruled we cannot execute a 16 year old.

Yes, he is worthy of capital punishment. If one is old enough to commit an adult event, one is old enough to receive the adult rewards for said event.

Yes, he is worthy of capital punishment. If one is old enough to commit an adult event, one is old enough to receive the adult rewards for said event.

Maybe I'm getting old, but it sure seems like the age of perps in serious crimes is shockingly young these days.

Nah, the very young have been committing dreadful crimes from time immemorial.
