Would this be robbery under Texas law?

If someone is making an effort to steal unattended property, the owner confronts them, and they don't immediately back down and leave, is it now a robbery?

That's THEFT.

Robbery requires actual or reasonable fear of imminent bodily injury.

The thieves responded with physical aggression, which to me upgraded it to robbery, perhaps just barely.

Actually, once she threatened him it became robbery

Sec. 29.02. ROBBERY. (a) A person commits an offense if, in the course of committing theft as defined in Chapter 31 and with intent to obtain or maintain control of the property, he:

She sure didn't like the idea she was filmed. Wonder how much "shopping" for stuff she and the other woman have been doing at the beach. Seems like they tried to bluff their way at first thinking the guy was not the real owner.

Read something in the news that no charges was being pressed...... Figure the notoriety from being on YouTube was enough
