Road Rage Shooting and Chase in CA

Guy got shot at on I-91 near L.A. Glass busted and he was cut up, but chased the guy while on with 911. Police caught shooter and he is now in jail. Ended well, but was not very smart to chase the guy, especially at speeds up to 95mph. Could have caused someone else to get injured or killed.
