5.11 Tactical pants

I've got 2 pair of brand new 5.11 Tactical brand pants, size 38x32, in navy. They are in the original plastic bags as delivered. I found them in a bottom drawer, long forgotten. Sadly, those days are gone for wearing that size. They are going for $50 each ordered online. I'd like to get $75 FTF in Houston. They don't appear to offer the navy color now. That could be a plus to some folks. These are the ones, 74251.

Are they twill or the lighter rip-stop material?
