All purchased new except the blue mag pouch and in excellent shape.

I don't know anything about them. Is it one size fits all?

The belt length is important and they are made to overlap and held by Velcro like material. The length on the outer belt is about 45 inches. I wear 38 waist and it fits fine. It also fit when I was heavier.

The mag pouches can be adjusted for different mags to a point.

The holster is handgun specific.

You can look up CR Speed and Blade Tech and get lots of information, and look at some USPSA videos to see how they are worn.
