Arizona House votes to allow gun carry in govt. buildings

Post by Liberty »

Arizona votes to allow carry into government buildings. If a government agency wishes to restrict gun carry into a particular building, they must provide onsite secure storage.
The bad news is that Gov. Napolitano will probably pull out her veto pen. Although she claims that she is pro RKBA, she did veto a bill that would allow restaurant carry. Although if she vetos this one many are predicting that it will be enough to get her ousted in 2006.

What a fabulous concept...

I don't see a reason to not do this here in Texas...

Checking a gun isn't that strange of a concept in Arizona. Not to long ago I clientel literally checked ones guns with the bartender. These bars might exist today but things are mostly more civilized these days.
