Fair Park Getting bought out?

I heard on the radio the other day the city council approved a measure to have the Dallas Fair Park bought by a private party. Anyone know much about this? Won't that mean they can enforce aa 30.06?ne

I believe it would be management only and not the property itself. This would have no effect on carrying.

Either way, it will take 20 years for them to execute any plan. Look at the Trinity Toll Road project.

I thought it already was managed by a private company and that was why they initially tried to ban CHLs.
