Like new with factory case and papers. I purchased the gun in late 2005 new and it's still in pristine condition. It comes equipped with an ambidextrous safety lever and I still have the factory V1 lever. The Comp-Tac C-TAC is about a year old and is still in excellent shape - LEFT HAND. The mag carriers are Safariland CD AUTOMAG carriers. The magazines have Wolff +10% springs. As mentioned, the rail adapter is from CDNN. I really liked the gun at first, but it rarely sees range time anymore because I just don't enjoy shooting it as much as I do my other pistols, and it just doesn't seem to "fit" me as an ideal carry gun.
