I received my renewal notice. I am a veteran, but for some reason never asked for the veteran's discount before. I want to do so this time. How do I complete the application online and submit proof of being a veteran, which I have in hard copy?

scan your dd-214 save it on your computer and when doing the online application check veteran box then attach your scanned 214 with it, it has the instructions on the site
