At what time does website update?

More or less a question of curiosity. Has anyone really narrowed down at what time of day the website updates? Or does it just happen at random times through out the day ? Topic of boredom I'm sorry lol

Don't expect to see your status change on the website. It may or not change, some people do, some don't. They are asking that you wait until 30 days has passed before contacting them. Expect longer waiting times as we approach open season, oops. ... I meant open carry.
