Hmmmmm, trying to renew both CHL and Instructor Certificate at same time

OK, so my certificate is up at the end of the year like everyone else. My regular CHL is up in January. I went online and renewed my CHL, no problems there that I know of.
Logged out, and logged back in to try to start my instructor renewal. The site recognized that I already had a pending renewal for my CHL, and it basically instructed me to be patient and give it time to process my request. Trouble is, it's a NEW request that I am trying to make.
Any ideas of how to handle this?
Of course, if instructor renewals aren't going through the website anyway, I don't guess that it matters much.

You're prob going to have to do it by mail.

My dad just did his via email, hopefully this is still current:

"The completed form may be emailed. This will allow RSD to work with each applicant independently to ensure all qualifications are met well in advance of the expiration date."

I was in the same situation. I renewed my license and got the same message when I tried to do the instructor side. Once they processed my license I was able to go back in and do the instructor. Give it a few days and try again...
