CHL Instructor Renewal

I'm not getting anything from DPS in reference to renewals for CHL Instructors. Information will be appriciated. What exactly are we required to do? Do we have to take another class like in 2013? Do we have to do another shooting qualification like in 2013? I can't even apply online for a renewal because I keep getting an error. Help!!

The website is supposed to be fixed by 10/24/15. Also, I've heard the instructors will do an online video/exam type thing, but it's not up on website yet.

Yesterday, I mailed in the following: CHL-77, CHL-85, CHL-86, and CHL-90 along with NRA Pistol Instructor Certification and a check. My understanding is that we will have to verify that we watched a training video but there will be no class.
