How do you load videos from tablet

How do you load videos that are not on the web? I have videos from my android tablet but I can not post the video. When trying to post video, it says, "Invalid for extension etc"

I was wondering the same thing. I tried uploading to Photobucket and embedding the link, but that didn't work. :headscratch
