CA: Man arrested for firing machine gun, neighbor shot by police .

A man decided to fire his machine gun (there are some thoughts it was an semi automatic assault rifle, this is California after all) in a neighborhood. SWAT was called as he had retreated inside his house.

A teenage neighbor across the street was filming all the SWAT activity from the safety of his parents garage with his cell phone.

He was shot by police as they thought it was a gun and were in fear of their lives.

Filming of police is legal in all 50 states. However, it appears it may be hazardous to your health.

But hey, these "professionals" are the only ones that can be trusted with guns according to the liberals. Funny how the most fearful cops seem to be in the locations that have the most restrictive gun laws.
