Almost brand new. Put 150 rounds through it with no malfunctions - just enough to break it in. Comes with one magazine and two holsters: Desantis OWB and Fobus Paddle Holster. Bought it in October 2015 at Academy Sporting Goods for $349.99 plus tax.
