Contacting Ready Tactical Products

Post by JLaw »

I'm having difficulty contacting Ready Tactical Products (PistolPacking.com), I need to check on the status of an order I placed a few months ago. When I email ReadyTac I get a general "Could not deliver" message, anybody know if they have a new email address that's not listed on the website?

Hey there....welcome to the world of dealing with Chris.

The holsters are nice if you ever get them....reaching him is a very common problem. Email has the least chance of success. When he was making a holster for Kimberly......it was late. I called him about 65 times in a day until he finally got tired of hearing his phone and answered it!

I have no doubt that I could be wrong, but I do nto think you can reverse a debit card transaction unless you report the card stolen. If you use the debit feature of your card, it does nto carry the same protection as the credit portion. This is how my bank is.

I had the same experience with this company. I was told on more than one occasion that my holster had shipped -- I was even given a false tracking number one time. Then he stopped answering my calls and emails.

I sent snail mail letters asking for a refund and filed a complaint with the local Better Business Bureau. Finally got the holster and it is excellent, but I won't deal with this company again.

I had similar problems when I ordered a set of speed loader pouches from them. When I finally got through I was told, "that shipped two weeks ago but I'll put another in the mail to you tonight." Three days later they arrived. Funny, the first set never showed up.

I won't be doing business with them again either.

I left the phone number to this company at a jobsite last week, just got on the internet to print it out again, and......

Hmmm, seems his website is currently down...

Edit to add: Maybe I should have researched a little better, this looks to be him?? http://www.northalabama.bbb.org/commonr ... =900009364

P.S. - NOW I have the phone number, if it's not disconnected.
