If someone is road raging, drive away or let them get way ahead if possible. De-escalate. The victim said the other driver kept trying to cut him off. But if after trying to de-escalate and someone's coming at me like that... I would be prepared.

I have driven on California highways many times. Coming to a complete stop a multilane highway there (or anywhere really) is just nuts. Everyone involved, including the camera guy, is lucky we are not reading that their bodies were pried out of a multi-car smash-up.
