Nearly three months after sending in my app, I received a letter asking for a felony search in a county I had an arrest in 30 years ago. I got it and uploaded it the same day I received the letter. Three days later I got an email confirmation that they received the document. I am wondering what kind of delay this will create.
I would like to know if someone who has recently received their license and had to send in additional info could tell me how long it took after the request. Am hoping it does not kick me back to the end of the line.
Thanks in advance

Re: Asked for supplemental info
It has to go to a technician to review. Will depend on what the disposition of the felony is. If it was a conviction, then it may be permanently disqualifying, depending on what the charge was. Also may be disqualifying if you have not had it expunged or received the equivalent of deferred adjudication.

There was no felony. It was a misdemeanor.
Re: Asked for supplemental info
So am confused. You said 'asking for a felony search', so were they just needing the disposition of a misdemeanor or a felony?pookiebob wrote:There was no felony. It was a misdemeanor.
