So this deal is of most value to those who want to order more than just one pair of Ripcords. The promo code won't work at Midway or others.

While I like Hoppe's BoreSnakes, what I particularly like about the Otis Ripcord is that its Nomex outer wrap contains no metal...no brass brushes. For me, that makes it something I feel I can use more frequently. And I use the Otis cleaning system for my rifles, so I have all the other attachments (brushes, T-handles, etc.) that will work with the Ripcords; they're fitted with 8-32 threaded ends and accommodate all Otis cleaning components.

If you're looking for something as convenient as a BoreSnake but less abrasive, the Ripcord may be it.
