Identogo Question

I went in and did my Fingerprints on 7/14/16 in a Identogo just for "11FT12 - TX Personal Review". I was told it would be about 5 business days until I get a copy of it in the mail, but so far nothing. Now, this wasn't attached to a LTC class or anything. Just the Personal Review.

Has anyone done this, or is there another step to take? When i go to the site to track the status it says:

"Enrollment Processed
Your enrollment has been successfully processed. Please allow up to 7 days for your agency to receive the results. For all further inquiries, please contact your agency."

Who should I contact? I called Identogo but the lady there was no help. So far Google has come up empty with help.

The agency that receives your prints for the TX Review is TX DPS.

You should expect it to take around 30 days to receive a response from them.
