Mailed completed App 6/25/2007
Received Pin Letter 7/11/2007 (I had emailed a question about it shortly before, not sure if that helped?)
Received plastic 9/12/2007.

Don't worry yet. A lot of people take vacation this time of year, including DPS employees.
