Mouseguns?

Mouseguns?
In this lovely weather we Texans call summer (90+ degrees with 90% humidity) I find myself opting to use my KelTec P32 way more than any of my other guns. Wearing shorts or a bathing suit with a tee shirt is about all the clothing I can handle outside this time of the year. Let's hear it from some of you other members. How many of you carry "mouseguns" due to the weather/clothing for summer?
.....and what do you carry?
As mentioned I carry a KT P32 with a Grandfather Oak kydex pocket holster.

I usually carry a Bersa .380.
I would rather carry my .45 at all times, but decided that the Bersa on my body is better than the .45 left at home b/c I can't hide it.

Just to clarify, A mouse gun must be 32 cal or smaller. That 340PD is what I call a RAT gun.
My mouse gun is a Beretta Alley Cat and I carry it in a Ron Graham Pocket holster. I only use it though when I need DEEP concealment.

I am scared of empty guns and keep mine loaded at all times. The family knows the guns are loaded and treats them with respect. Loaded guns cause few accidents; empty guns kill people every year. -Elmer Keith. 1961

I don't carry anything smaller than my Glock 26. I have a NAA .22 magnum, but gave up the idea that I would really be able to protect myself with it. It is a cute little thing....but that is about all I can say for it.
If things get to the point that I can't use my regular setup.....I just go with OC and my knife.

OK, so I've now got a Rat Gun. I recently purchased a Keltec P3AT and after putting the requisite rounds through it to ensure reliability, I carried it for the first time last weekend on a get away trip with the wife in Salado, 2 days of B&B!!HighVelocity wrote:Just to clarify, A mouse gun must be 32 cal or smaller. Anyway, I carried in a wallet holster from pocket holsters.com, http://www.pocketholsters.com/Kel-Tec_P ... lster.html and it was the most comfortable carry ever. I carried in the right rear pocket where I normally carry the wallet. The pocket had a flap (wearing shorts) and it looks (prints) like a wallet.
I was very pleased and believe I will carry in this way often. I also tried it in the front pocket of Dockers and again, prints like a wallet. VERY comfortable....

If they would make a mag extension for the Kel-Tec P3AT like the 32 I would get one in a heartbeat, It makes the grip on the 32 PERFECT, its just a bit longer but in your pocket it really wouldn't matter (approx 3/4 to 1" longer, but allows for a full hand grip)

No mouseguns, strictly speaking. My BUGs are a Glock 27 and a Kahr PM9, and the G27 is more of a quick-access car gun. The PM9 is the smallest I carry and feel like I'm carrying.
I've had a Keltec P3AT for a few months--bought new--but after already going back to the manufacturer once, with the accompanying shipping costs and hassle, I still don't trust it to go bang three trigger pulls out of four. Another trip to Keltec is in its future.
It seems you either get one that works, or you don't. I doubt neither Flintknapper nor I will be buying another Keltec anytime soon...

Another like it here. With CT overmoulded grips, it rides loaded at a total of just 15 ounces IWB on drawstring shorts. Before the ultralight j-frames came along, I will admit to sometimes carrying NAA .22 mini-mag the same way - but usually tried to be within a few steps of a "real" gun.
