Does anyone know, authoritatively, if a backpack strap holster qualifies for OC in Texas? You can stretch the facts a little and call it a shoulder holster, but it could also be called a chest holster (not sure about those, either). It seems to me that the Legislature's vagueness may be intentional, to allow for carry that acts like a shoulder holster, even if technical details do not align.
I would be especially interested in opinions from LEOs/lawyers, or people who have discussed this with someone who has a definitive answer.
