Yes Kraft can afford high priced legal talent, the very best at contesting every procedure, every piece of evidence, every witness, and otherwise throwing legal sand in the air with abandon. If he had just patronized a similar caliber of discreet outcall 'sex workers' instead of bargain shopping in a (excuse the phraseology) strip mall (pun NOT intentional) massage parlor, he probably wouldn't need the legal talent.

Sort of an object lesson about taking care in selecting, and exceeding, the proper minimum level of quality of goods and/or services for purchase, applicable to a wide range of products.....

So we have to wonder why he didn't shop at the level of a Sidney Biddle Barrows or Heidi Fleiss....
