Its amazing how many adoptable things are at the shows. Seems something always follows me home.

Nice looking set up.

I have to say....it really warms my heart to hear of such a selfless act.

This man adopted not one, but two orphans!

It takes a man of great character and strong moral fiber to put the needs of these orphans above his own concerns.

Yea, many are those who recognize the plight of these poor objects, but few are they who will act to relieve their sufferings.

Let this kind act of compassion be an example to the rest of us.

May we all remember to give comfort and aid to the less fortunate at the next gun show. I know I will.

What model Savage is that? I've been wanting a .223 Varminter desperately. I'll have to go to the next show and see what is up for adoption!

Pistol is a Witness Elite Limited in .45acp. I only saw one for sale on Internet (used for $1100) other than Mfr and actually found one at GRB show this weekend. Lists for $1050, got it for $900 total NIB. Havent shot it yet, will try to go tonight to PSC. EAA claims it is for out-of-the-box IPSC shooting so it should outshoot me easily. Going to order the scope mount and scope as well. I really liked the brushed chrome grips though, looks different.
Savage is a 110 in .300 WinMag with a Simmons 20x50 scope and heavy barrel. Someone has done trigger work on it because it doesnt feel like it even moves until it breaks at 4.5 lbs. Never seen a trigger like that.

Gorgeous Witness Elite Limited indeed!!!! Congratulations on your purchase. Great price you paid also. There's two vendors that sell accessories for these (as well as EAA):

Reed's Ammunition & Research, LLC
1209 SW 129th St.
Oklahoma City, OK 73170

Henning Wallgren
Hennings Shop LLC

Maybe the picture you saw posted was one of mine? They definitely outshoot me. I haven't had any malfunctions with mine.....nice smooth shooters, stay on target exceptionally well (as they should since they are hefty guns).

QB,
Thanks for posting the link to Reed's Ammo. I have a Witness steel compact 45acp. I've been looking for a good price on magazines and the caliber conversion kits.

rx9790,
Your Witness Elite Limited is a lot prettier than my little compact wonder finish!! EAA rocks!
