Apparently ISIS takes responsibility for the horror.

RIP.

The Taliban, which the U.S. hopes will help curb the IS affiliate’s rise, condemned Saturday’s attack as “forbidden and unjustifiable.”
Tell the Taliban to prove this by taking up the fight against ISIS. If they’re busy trying to kill them, they won’t have the time or resources to keep killing ours while we pull out, and the Afghans can return themselves to whatever they call the lawless society they seem to prefer.

As long as "Pockeestan" keeps poisoning the well for every country in the region, Afghanistan will never know peace. And short of India nuking the Paks, forcing them to mind their manners, they’ll keep being toxic to the region. Collectively, people get exactly the governments they deserve—Pakistan included.

Edited to add......
And the next time terrorists use Afghanistan as a base from which to launch strikes against other countries, and they WILL, just carpet bomb the whole country for a year. But don’t send anymore of our own to die there for a country that neither wants them nor has any intention of changing their ways.

I agree. They are savages and deserve each other. We have no business there.

I’m not going to say that all Afghans are savages. I just think that a large enough majority of them are SO culturally stuck in the past, that they’ll never adapt to the ideas of classically liberal gov’t, never accept broad human rights, and never exhibit a willingness to defend themselves from being overrun by REAL savages.
