I am scared of empty guns and keep mine loaded at all times. The family knows the guns are loaded and treats them with respect. Loaded guns cause few accidents; empty guns kill people every year. -Elmer Keith. 1961

Thanks folks.

I forgot to mention the coolest thing about this revolver.

The first 3 letters of the serial number are CHL

Pardon my ignorance, but what is a demooning tool?
Unfortunately, I am not near Dallas.

No problem Wild Bill. The demooning tool is a small piece of steel that's bent specifically to pop the spent casing out of the moonclips so you can reload them with live rounds and shoot some more.
