CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Corpus Christi police say a suspected burglar was shot and killed by a homeowner in North Beach early Monday morning.

Sounds like homeowner was on the ball. (And this should be in the self-defense section).

This is a quote from the article. My reaction would be tell that to those folks in Georgia.

At night. Broke into house. Didn't say but sounds like he was shot inside the home. If shot outside the house that would of course, cause concern.

Shot person drove himself to a motel rather than the hospital where he expired.
