Dave Chappell mentions him in new comedy/serious video, manifesto mentions he was a fan of Dave.

He had a manifesto as some of these crazy guys do.

In it he wanted the LAPD to admit he was fired for saying other cops were using excessive force.

I don’t remember if I paid any attention to the manifesto. I was just glad they killed him with out anymore loss of life. I remember it was scary.
