Re: D. M. Bullard Holsters

I bought one of the Undercover holsters from him last year and am very pleased so far. I went to the Dallas gun show specifically to pick up the holster from him in person and I would definitely recommend the products based on my experience.

Re: Acaemy's new gun sale policy (GRRRRR)

I posted in a thread a few months back about not being permitted to touch the trigger on a gun I was trying to purchase. I said I was ready to buy but needed to try out the trigger on the actual gun I was buying. They flat out refused to remove the trigger lock on the model in the case or let me ...

Re: ALERT: AMC Theaters have posted 30.06

I also go to the AMC Stonebriar in Frisco and have yet to see a 30.06 sign. Don't ask , don't tell........

Stonbriar has the same small 8x10 30.06 sign as other locations in the lower corner of the box office glass at the far end of the windows. It is certainly not conspicuous since we stood in ...

Re: Sportsman's Warehouse Lewisville

Does anyone know if they are having a "Going out of business sale"? That might mean some good deals if they do.

I stumbled across the original Taco Cabana #1 this weekend on Hildebrand Ave. in San Antonio. I was killing some time waiting on my wife so I parked and went up to the door.

Strangely enough, there were no signs or any "no gun" language whatsoever. I confirmed with the guy at the counter that they ...

What holster is that 145 inside in that first picture? It looks like a nice option for my 111.

Legal to carry at a college football tailgate?

Planning to attend tailgating/homecoming with my wife this weekend. I am not planning on attending the football game but would I be legal carrying at the tailgating beforehand?

I have read everything I can but can not clearly define what is legal and what is not. The tailgaiting takes place on the ...

Kind of neat:

That's from the Barnes website: http://www.barnesbullets.com/information/high-speed-video/

180gr .308 @297fps, according to the site. Not exactly the sort of performance you can expect from a concealable ...

I guess I was thinking that since the federal law excludes CHL holders he was OK but I was basing that on TX laws and not the more vague FL laws.

TV reporter arrested for entering school property with a gun

He has a CHL and was not in the building...

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,304636,00.html

Does that not exclude him from the federal school/gun free zone statutes since he was simply on the grounds?
