All I can say is learn to load your own. Learn to cast your own handgun bullets. Keep a good 38 special or 357 mag revolver in you stable. This brass is available and 3grs of bulls-eye or similar powder loads 12,000 rounds per 8 lb jug. Keep a good 30-30 carbine and learn to cast your bullets for it...

I think you should fill the paper work out and buy some HXP from the CMP. It is 100 USD per 200 rounds in a 30 cal ammo can.
