The good thing with a trust is its a "uy once, cry once" type of thing. It will actually save you the headache of getting photos, prints, and signoffs any time you want to buy an NFA item.
So you're saying I get a trust setup and I don't have to do the whole photos and prints fiasco this time ...
Make your own trust with Quicken Willmaker 2009, get it notarized, and set up bank account in the name of the trust. You can even have a lawyer look over it if it makes you feel more comfortable. Quicken costs about $40. Corps and LLCs sometimes have registration fees, startup fees, or other costs ...
As quoted from Wayne L. Burnham on my topic I created on subguns.com:
"Now, the easiest course is to get on State of Texas Sec of State site and form yourself an LLC or trust for a few hundred bucks and you never have to go hat-in-hand to any official at all. I think my LLC turns ...
Ya-know, I can think of a WHOLE BUNCH of answers to that question -- unforunately, not a one of 'em would get me a suppressor! :evil2: True and same, but thankfully we have the second amendment and it's my right and I don't have to answer to any ...

Lately I have been interested in purchasing a suppressor for my Walther P22. To do this I have to have the Chief LEO for my county sign off on the form 4 before I can pay the $200 tax to get it. I have been told by a local class 3 dealer here in San Antonio that the CLEO here will not sign the form ...
haha thx for the support. As far as political views I would hope most would look past my ...ummm progressive views and just be able to have a beer and talk guns haha.
Yea I agree with that. I unfortunately do mean hunting in the boring, sit in a box and stare at a baited corn feeder way. But would love to just learn the ropes so that someday I could go on my own and do some bow hunting more the way nature intended it...even if it is with a high powered compound ...

I am a youngster at the age of 25 but am a Army (Airborne!) vet from Mosul, Iraq '03-'04 and am out now and about to finish my degree at UTSA. I am a liberal (I know, HERETIC!) haha but I am a TX liberal so I have found ...
