The good thing with a trust is its a "uy once, cry once" type of thing. It will actually save you the headache of getting photos, prints, and signoffs any time you want to buy an NFA item.

Make your own trust with Quicken Willmaker 2009, get it notarized, and set up bank account in the name of the trust.You can even have a lawyer look over it if it makes you feel more comfortable. Quicken costs about $40. Corps and LLCs sometimes have registration fees, startup fees, or other costs ...

Lately I have been interested in purchasing a suppressor for my Walther P22. To do this I have to have the Chief LEO for my county sign off on the form 4 before I can pay the $200 tax to get it. I have been told by a local class 3 dealer here in San Antonio that the CLEO here will not sign the form ...

Yea I agree with that. I unfortunately do mean hunting in the boring, sit in a box and stare at a baited corn feeder way. But would love to just learn the ropes so that someday I could go on my own and do some bow hunting more the way nature intended it...even if it is with a high powered compound ...
