Sam Houston boat tour
Going to the Port of Houston tomorrow for the Sam Houston boat ride. I have looked at the web site and don't see anything about CHL carrying. Can someone say for sure if I'm OK to carry?
Re: Sam Houston boat tour
The port is a twic certified location with US Customs on site. There is a 30.06 sign posted at the main office in La porte, But I dont know about the boat tour location. If your launching from City docks it is posted there as well and you will be checked at the gate.striker55 wrote:Going to the Port of Houston tomorrow for the Sam Houston boat ride. Re: Sam Houston boat tour
Is the Port of Houston owned by the State of Texas or subdivision thereof(i.e. Houston)? If so, I guess you could carry past the 30.06. TWIC certified or no unless it's Federal property, then 18 USC 926 would apply to the Federal buildings.lildave40 wrote:The port is a twic certified location with US Customs on site.
