Hsa bank who handles the hsa account wanted 2 forms of id for address varifaction.
As for why It was the only other form of id I had on the list as all the house bills are in my wifes becasues she set them all up.

Really....? There's a CPT 10 code for "has a Texas chl" that a billing clerk will add to your official medical records? :shock:

I'm planning on using mine as ID when I join my daughter for lunch at school... :mrgreen: Or maybe when I arrive at the courthouse for jury duty.

Depending what the trial is for, that will get you kicked off the jury quick. I was at a trial once when they asked the question "have you ever done any work that could be construed as loss prevention." I held up my hand and was told to leave.
