Wal-Mart

I've stopped at several Wal-Marts lately - Riverside (Ft Worth) and Azle, even one out in the panhandle. They are all $7.17/bx.

I guess I'll go by Academy

Ammo costs........

Post by jbenat »

Yesterday I bought one box of 100 rounds of 9mm, WWB for $12.88 & one box of 100 rounds of 40 SW, WWB for $17.88. +.0825% sales tax.

Academy is a good place to buy ammo but they don't always have what you want in stock. They are at the mercy of their company buyers.

We have almost completely quit shooting our 380's because of the cost of ammo. It was over $20.00 a box (100 rounds) at Wal Mart yesterday. We just shoot them once in a while to keep sorta proficient and to make sure they are still working. More fun to shoot the bigger guns anyway.
