
There was a motion to dismiss this case on Monday. I usually check the judge's calendars religiously, but I haven't.
I'll let y'all know what I find out.

Any questions or facts from anyone that Jim Manley could offer up in their opinion this week? Or just in general?Good to hear from you. The USPS has filed another motion to dismiss, claiming that the Second Amendment does not apply to postal property. We intend to file a response in opposition this week. The USPS will then reply and after that I expect a quick decision from the court. We might have a decision in June or July, but it is at the judge's discretion.
I will keep you posted as the case moves forward.
