Not correct. Not ALL entrances must be posted. However, if you happen to enter through a door that is not posted, you would be none the wiser. If you do enter through a posted door (not carrying, of course), and leave through an unposted door, you can't say that the posted door was out of compliance. You received effective notice when you entered through the posted door.
I entered/exited through several doors at Baylor Dallas, and none that I entered/exited through were posted. Baylor Dallas = good choice for CHLers.

The Busy Mom has nailed it. The 51% sign must be at all entrances, but NOT the 30.06. The 30.06 doesn't even have to be at the entrance. Relying on saying you didn't see it is a risky adventure and may or may not work in court.

(a) A business that has a permit or license issued under Chapter 25, 28, 32, 69, or 74, Alcoholic Beverage Code, and that derives 51 percent or more of its income from the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption as determined by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission under Section 104.06, Alcoholic Beverage Code, shall prominently display at each entrance to the business premises a sign that complies with the requirements of Subsection (c).
(b) A hospital licensed under Chapter 241, Health and Safety Code, or a nursing home licensed under Chapter 242, Health and Safety Code, shall prominently display at each entrance to the hospital or nursing home, as appropriate, a sign that complies with the requirements of Subsection (c) other than the requirement that the sign include on its face the number "51".
(c) The sign required under Subsections (a) and (b) must give notice in both English and Spanish that it is unlawful for a person licensed under this subchapter to carry a handgun on the premises. The sign must appear in contrasting colors with block letters at least one inch in height and must include on its face the number "51" printed in solid red at least five inches in height. The sign shall be displayed in a conspicuous manner clearly visible to the public.

C-dub is correct. A 30.06 sign must be "displayed in a conspicuous manner clearly visible to the public." However, a 51% business "shall prominently display at each entrance to the business premises a sign that complies with the requirements" for that notice. Different standards.
I stand corrected then, but according to the places I have been and the Houston field office they don't have to be at each entrance and are not fined. but yep the code shows it is required. I aplogize

No problem. Hey, our own federal government won't enforce the country's immigration laws. I'm not terribly worried about the TABC enforcing this one. I've only been in two 51% place in the last 25 years and the first one was before 51% existed.
