CO Restaurant Definitely NOT a Gun Free Zone
This family owned restaurant in Colorado is definitely NOT a gun free zone. The staff open carries and invites patrons to do the same.

The only thing I know about the restaurant business is that it's hard work and long hours, but this article makes we want to open one just like it! I bet it would be a huge success.

As long as the food was good, I'm sure it would be wildly popular.Charles L. Cotton wrote:The only thing I know about the restaurant business is that it's hard work and long hours, but this article makes we want to open one just like it! I bet it would be a huge success.

It would even likely become a tourist attraction.

Yup, and the gal on the far left might want to give a little more attention to weapon retention considerations.RoyGBiv wrote:That's just excellent.!

She could use a "hammer thong" ... That's what they're called right?
I like how the holster straddles the thigh and not the hip.

So even though OC isn't legal, could someone still do it if they owned the property just like it was a residence?

Great question!!Ultra_Solo_Sig_0904 wrote:So even though OC isn't legal, could someone still do it if they owned the property just like it was a residence?
I think of it like when I walk into The Arms Room in League City.
They require all of their employees to open carry while on duty.
So I would believe the answer is yes, you can allow it, if it is your property.
Does this mean business or residence? Not sure
Now that being said, I am not sure I could (or would want to) allow a number of people come to my house, and OC in my front yard and driveway.

I believe OC is legal in CO and they have preemption except in Denver. The only thing there would be a problem with now, is that both of my Glocks hold more than seven rounds.Ultra_Solo_Sig_0904 wrote:So even though OC isn't legal, could someone still do it if they owned the property just like it was a residence?

Colorado has a 7 round limit? I thought that was New York.C-dub wrote:I believe OC is legal in CO and they have preemption except in Denver.
